A Dollar Every Time You...
money

Yep - I've been keeping track.  People use the phrase "set the stage" all the time!  On TV, in conversation, you name it.

I've taken to saying "ding!" out loud every time I hear it.

Every time YOU hear it, "ping" me (email, text, phone), and I'll send a dollar to charity.  This month: The Red Cross to help aid Japan relief efforts.

ONLY ONE LISTING OVER 60 DAYS!

Yup - I just didn't have that many staged listings out this summer.  I was feeling down about it, and blogged the same.

Then, I realized: "Hey!  This means my listings are selling faster and I am creating wealth for my clients."

 Sold sign

I did my research and realized that for the past 6 months, I've only had ONE LISTING stay on the market longer than 60 days.  Those are real results in a tough market.

Working With Existing Furniture

We recently staged a condo in the Bellefield area.  The owner had lovely things...but way too many of them in one compact space.

Living Room Before
Oversized pieces and too much furniture visually "reduce" the size of this room.

Less is often more in effective home staging. We purchased a few items on the owners behalf, and then completed our staging project in a day. Easy, affordable, done

LIving room after
We substituted smaller pieces from another space, placed art & accessories with intent and "enlarged" this room.

Our clear vision and the capacity to effectively edit turned this condo from "too much of a good thing" to just right. Let us help you today.   See this listing online.

SET THE STAGE: For dramatically different results.
