Bold colors against darker backdrops can really create drama and impact in a listing photo. When the architecture is right, don't be afraid to add a little zing to tabletops - as we did here. This looks great online.

Using a subdued color on a side chair can work, once you pair it with colorful pillows, artwork and seasonal accessories. We had fun here jazzing up a mid-century modern family room with animal print chairs and summer color.

In a sea of properties, yours needs to stand out. What better way to create a memorable impression than by adding this luscious cake and "fresh" berries. Our faux food fools even the most discerning eye!
