Greetings!
Good news! Local stagers have done their research, and we've uncovered valuable information to help you.
In the past 90 days, 480 homes have sold that were listed between $500,000 and $1,200,000. Of those that sold, 79% were STAGED HOMES, 21% were unstaged or vacant.*
Use this statistic to help you convince sellers that unstaged listings take longer to sell - and sell for 6.9% less than staged listings.
Call us today at 206.910.9314.
Sample locations: West Seattle, East Side/South, Mercer Island, Bellevue-East of 405, Bellevue-West of 405, Kirkland/Bridle Trails, Queen Anne/Magnolia, North Seattle, and Ballard/Greenlake.
*Excludes 20 waterfront and water view listings.

EEK! Naked Stagers!
What's a naked stager? It's what we in the business call someone who is staging without (1) accreditation and/or (2) insurance.
Why should you care?
1. When you refer a stager to your client, you are putting your relationship on the line. If the results aren't up to par - your client will most likely blame you for the experience. Stagers who simply "hang up a shingle" one day without proper training offer the same value as...well, a real estate agent with no training and credentials.
2. Stagers with no insurance are, quite simply, an accident waiting to happen. Don't be cavalier -- staging is a fairly complicated enterprise.
Stagers put merchandise they own or rent into a property that isn't theirs, sometimes with a contract signed by an agent who doesn't own the property. Inventory is then left for weeks at a time in a home toured by scores of strangers...Got a headache yet?
Friends don't let friends use naked stagers.
Always work with credentialed, insured professionals. Set The Stage is owned by an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), the only national accreditation for staging in the U.S. We have staging insurance through Traveler's Insurance, industry provider for staging professionals.

A Note From Patty
If you've worked with us this past year, thank you! We appreciate your business.
This has been a challenging time -- but I absolutely beieve that cream rises to the top. Interest rates and pent-up demand will start to get things moving again. Those of us who offer quality service will see our efforts rewarded with new and repeat business.
We'd love to work with you in 2009.
