At Set the Stage®, we don't have a single look.

Instead, we match our staging approach to your property.

Home Staging: Vacant Properties

Staged homes sell faster and for more money than vacant homes.

As Accredited Staging Professionals (ASPs), we are trained to see the potential in every space.

Our staging never overwhelms the property.  Buyers remember your home –not what we’ve put in it.  We take our design cues from existing architecture and work from there.

Got a plain Jane or acres of builders' beige? No problem! We add our creatvitity to your blank canvas, creating a custom look that sells.

Set The Stage delivers rooms with impact and flair appropriate for Internet photos and in-person tours. See photos of our staged spaces.

FLAT FEE STAGING FOR OWNER-OCCUPIED HOMES

The Sixty Minute Stage: For a flat fee of $150, Set The Stage will travel to your home, tour it, and give you up to one hour of professional advice on how best to prepare and stage your home, using your existing possessions. We’ll share tips for showcasing your home’s best features, re-positioning your furniture, and strategic placement of other items. After one hour, you’ve got a game plan to market your home looking its best. Perfect for do-it-yourselfer’s or those with small budgets.

Staged In A Day: For a flat fee of $750, two Staging Professionals from Set the Stage will return to your home and spend the day expertly transforming your property room by room. It’s your game plan – in action. We’ll take your possessions and apply staging principles and design knowledge to create market-ready spaces. At the end of the day, your home is ready for sale. Painless, affordable, done.

Blended Stage: Add furnishing rental to the flat fee of $750 per day, and you’ve got the blended stage. Perfect when you need to empty out the “catch-all” room but don’t have enough pieces to stage the space. Prices vary and follow-on furnishing rental applies after the first month. Still, a less expensive alternative to a vacant stage--or a price reduction! NOTE: All pricing assumes up to 2500 sq. ft.
