Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)™ Stagers and ASP Real Estate Agents are true professionals trained under strict guidelines developed for over 30 years.  ASP certification was developed by Barb Schwarz, licensed realtor, author of several books on Staging, industry leader, and CEO of Stagedhomes.com.

ASP Stagers go through rigorous training and must adhere to the organization’s professional standards, code of ethics and continuing education requirements.

Set the Stage's® Patricia Bonnell has been personally trained by Barb, and Patty serves on the Board of the Seattle Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).

ASP Stagers Give Back

Each year IAHSP (International Assn. of Home Staging Professionals) holds a Worldwide Staging Service Day in which we use our core competency (Staging) to better the lives of those less fortunate in our community. 

Last year, local ASP™ stagers solicited several thousand dollars in donated furniture and accessories to completely restage several rooms at Teen Hope, a local organization that serves at-risk and homeless teens and their families.

International Association of Staging ProfessionalsThis year, we will be working at The Elizabeth Gregory Home, a non-profit that helps homeless and abused women regain normalcy by providing them with housing, education and training for up to two years. We are proud to help provide people in need with calm and harmonious surroundings as they work towards achieving their goals.
